BADGES
Badges will be sent in advance of the meeting to all persons registered by July 10, 2009. Please bring your badge and all credentials to the meeting. Persons registering after July 10 should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the meeting to pick-up a badge onsite. The bar code included on this confirmation will greatly speed your process through self-registration or the registration customer service area.
CANCELLATIONS
If received in writing before August 1, 2009, ASAE & The Center will refund your meeting registration, less a $75.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made after August 1 or for no-shows. Cancellation requests should be sent to
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
For registrations made online or via phone, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 20 days, please do not hesitate to call 888-950-2723 or 202-371-0940 (in the Washington, DC area).
DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES
ASAE & The Center must receive your registration no later than July 10, 2009 to be listed in the official online pre-registered attendee directory.
HOUSING
To make housing arrangements, you first must be registered to attend the Annual Meeting. Your registration confirmation letter will contain the necessary information to obtain housing for the Annual Meeting & Expo. ASAE & The Center regret that it is unable to accept requests for housing prior to receipt and verification of payment in full of registration fees.
*NONMEMBER REGISTRATION
The registration form lists prices for all registration types at both member and nonmember rates. All ASAE & The Center memberships are on an individual basis; registration status may not be transferred to others. Association professionals registering at the nonmember rate will receive a one-year ASAE & The Center membership!

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
