  1. Visit www.aa.com to make your reservations online and book your flights.Enter the promotional code: 8680AG in the promotional code box under the "book flights" tab or "enter passenger data" tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated. Discount is valid for travel from Aug 17th thru Aug 27th, 2010. There is no fee on www.aa.com.

  2. Call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll free at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the US or Canada, 5:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. CST seven days a week. Give them your promotional discount code, 8680AG. There is a $20 reservation service fee for tickets issued through this desk.

  3. Reservations involving any oneworld Alliance or codeshare partner airlines, or travel into one city and out of another must be booked via phone at 1-800-433-1790.

Earn AAdvantage miles for your trip; enroll online at www.aa.com. Reservations may also be made via a travel agency, a fee may apply.
