Plan ahead! 
Visit www.asaeannualmeeting.org/events, Food and Wine Classic to learn more about the chefs, pairings, wines and beers you’ll be enjoying while listening to great music by Fifty Amp Fuse, brought to us by our partners from Detroit. 

Need more Tickets? 
Purchase additional tickets online at www.annualmeeting.org/, (not sure how to get them to registration page) call 1-800-950-2723 or stop by Registration in Connection Central. Tickets will be sold onsite through 4pm on Monday, August 23rd. Limited number of VIP tickets still left.

Food & Wine Classic Expo Floor Sneak Preview: 
Food & Wine Classic Lounge  - learn more about this year’s event and our restaurant partners. 
Ale Trail - Pick up your beer flavor wheel and begin your journey at CTC Booth 1629 and TMA Resources Booth 427. 
Did you say cheese? Get answers to your toughest cheese questions from The Cheese Impressario in the GEICO booth 510.

Individual Ticket Purchasers
When you check-in at registration for the Annual Meeting, you will receive your Food & Wine wrist band that gets you into the Classic.   

F&W Classic Event Sponsors and Block Ticket Purchasers Only
You should have received your tickets and wristbands by mail. If you have not received them, you will receive them at Registration.    Meet your guests at the VIP Reception in the Muse Room or upstairs in the Bamboo Garden. 

Schedule and Shuttle Service 
Shuttle Service from: Westin, Marriott LA Downtown, Wilshire Grand, Sheraton LA Downtown, Millennium Biltmore, Hilton Checkers, Kyoto Grand, Omni, Luxe Downtown, JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton Los Angeles

VIP Reception 6:00pm-7:30pm (Wallis Annenberg building)
Shuttle service provided from 5:30pm-6:30pm every 10- 15 minutes. VIP tickets will not be sold at the door.

Food & Wine Classic 7:00pm – 10:00pm
Shuttle service provided from 6:30pm – 10:30 p.m. every 10-15 minutes from hotels to California Science Center.  Taxis service available.

Parking: 
Parking available for $10.00 in the Exposition Parking Lot. Enter parking lot from Figueroa Street onto Coliseum Drive. Proceed straight to Exposition Park and follow signs to parking.

Dress in LA Style
Be hip, casual, stylish or sheik.  The Classic is indoors and outdoors so wear whatever is comfortable for dancing under the stars inside the California Science Center.
