About ASAE

ASAE is a membership organization of more than 21,000 association executives and industry partners representing 10,000 organizations. Our members manage leading trade associations, individual membership societies and voluntary organizations across the United States and in nearly 50 countries around the world.

With support of the ASAE Foundation, a separate nonprofit entity, ASAE is the premier source of learning, knowledge and future-oriented research for the association and nonprofit profession. We provide resources, education, ideas and advocacy to enhance the power and performance of associations and nonprofit organizations.

Association Management Press advances the mission of the ASAE Foundation and ASAE by publishing relevant and reliable publications, digital products, and other resources based in research and effective professional practices.

ASAE Business Services Inc., ASAE's wholly owned subsidiary, manages several lines of business for ASAE and develops new programs and solutions to meet associations' business needs. Business lines include ASAE, ASAE-Endorsed Business Solutions and the ASAE Insurance Company.

We believe associations have the power to transform society for the better. ASAE strives to provide the following for its members and the community:

To help association professionals achieve previously unimaginable levels of performance. We do this by nurturing a community of really smart, creative and interesting people — our members.

It's simple — diversity makes organizations more successful and communities more fulfilling. By actively cultivating a diverse community of professionals, we benefit from a vastly richer mix of ideas, perspectives and life experiences that expands our thinking and our possibilities. We are committed to building diversity of all kinds - on our staff, in our membership, and within the profession at large.
