SAVE when multiple persons from your organization attend! Register together and take advantage of reduced registration fees and build your team! Don't worry, you don't have to register everyone at the same time to get this discount. Our system searches our registration database to see if others from your organization have already registered, and if so, the team discount automatically will appear. As long as everyone's email address has the same domain name (the part following the "@"), you'll get the discount. This way, registrations can be entered at any time!

ATTENDING HAS ITS REWARDS!
By attending the Annual Meeting & Exposition, you will earn 18 hours toward certification or re-certification of your Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and 2.4 points toward your CMP certification and 24 points towards CMP re-certification.

 

*NON MEMBERS - The registration form lists prices for all registration types at both member and nonmember rates. All ASAE & The Center memberships are on an individual basis; registration status may not be transferred to others. Association professionals registering at the non-member rate will receive a complimentary one-year membership in ASAE & The Center!

ELIGIBILITY- The Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to association professionals, federal government employees, higher education educators, independent consultants, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those business partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members. This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio. ASAE & The Center reserve the right to refuse ineligible registrations. Please do not hesitate to contact Joy Mason(jmason@asaecenter.org ) with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

PAYMENT - Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION For registrations made online or via phone, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 20 days, please do not hesitate to call 202-371-0940 or 888-950-2723.

HOUSING To make housing arrangements, you first must be registered to attend the Annual Meeting. Your registration confirmation letter will contain the necessary information to obtain housing for the Annual Meeting. ASAE & The Center regret that it is unable to accept requests for housing prior to receipt and verification of payment in full of registration fees.

CANCELLATIONS If received in writing before August 9, 2008, ASAE & The Center will refund your meeting registration, less a $75.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made after August 9 or for no-shows. Cancellation request should be sent to registration@asaecenter.org. Please note tickets to The Food & Wine Classic tickets are non-refundable.

BADGES Badges will be sent in advance of the meeting to all persons registered by July 8, 2008. Please bring your badge and all credentials to the meeting. Persons registering after July 8 should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the meeting to pick-up a badge onsite. The bar code included on this confirmation will greatly speed your process thru self registration or the registration customer service area.

DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES ASAE & The Center must receive your registration no later than July 8, 2008 to be listed in the official online pre-registered attendee directory.

TUITION ASSISTANCE If you are interested in receiving a scholarship application, contact us at registration@asaecenter.org. Scholarships are only available to members of ASAE & The Center. Please note that all application must be received by June 30, 2008 All completed applications must be received by June 30, 2008 Applications will be reviewed and scholarship recipients will be notified of their approval by mid-July. Approximately 30 scholarships will be awarded.
