Welcome Reception from 7:00p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at L.A. Live
Service provided from 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. every 10-15 minutes.
Note: Shuttles drop off and pick up on Figueroa. No shuttle provided for the Luxe Downtown City Center, JW Marriott Los Angeles or Ritz Carlton Los Angeles.

Monday, August 23
Classic VIP Reception from 6:00 p.m. ­ 7:00 p.m. and Food & Wine Classic from 7:00 p.m. ­ 10:00 p.m. at California Science Center
Service provided for the Classic VIP Reception from 5:30 p.m. ­ 6:30 p.m. every 10­15 minutes.
Note: Classic VIP shuttles drop off at the Wallis Annenberg Building. Guests without VIP Reception tickets will not be admitted prior to 7:00 p.m. Service provided for the Food & Wine Classic from 6:30 p.m. ­ 10:30 p.m. every 10­15 minutes
Note: Shuttles drop off and pick up in front of the California Science Center.

Tuesday, August 24
Grand Finale from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at California Plaza
Watercourt Service provided from 6:45 p.m. ­ 9:45 p.m. every 20 minutes
Note: Shuttles drop off and pick up on Grand. No shuttle provided from the Omni Los Angeles.

Note: There will be limited shuttle service for the Grand Finale on Tuesday, August 24. Guests are encouraged to walk to the California Plaza.

• Kyoto Grand Hotel & Gardens - Curbside in front
• Omni Los Angeles at California Plaza - Curbside on Olive

Note: Shuttle service for the Grand Finale on Tuesday, August 24 is only provided for the Kyoto Grand. The Omni is located at the California Plaza.

• Luxe Downtown City Center – Curbside on Figueroa
• JW Marriott Los Angeles – Front entrance
• Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles - At JW Marriott

These hotels are located within walking distance of the Los Angeles Convention Center and L.A. Live, therefore no service provided except as noted below:

• Grande Finale on Tuesday, August 24
