Registration Fee: $799/$899 member/nonmember
ASAE is pleased to welcome association professionals residing outside the U.S. (and Canada) to attend the 2018 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, the largest gathering of association professionals from the United States and countries around the world. ASAE respects and values the opportunity to showcase and deliver a memorable and exciting learning event.
International attendees will receive a special discount to attend the event. The registration fee of $799/$899 for international members/nonmembers includes one full conference registration to the event ($1,099 value)! All additional program expenses must be covered by each attendee and are not included in the cost of the full conference registration (examples include any Preconference Programs; the ASAE Foundation's Classic and Golf Tournament, both fundraising events for the ASAE Foundation; city tours; and the community connection activities.
This special offer is only available to association & nonprofit professionals and consultants, excluding exhibitors, industry partners, vendors, suppliers and speakers.
The fee does not include lodging or travel to the event in Chicago,IL. However, ASAE does provide special room rates for all attendees within the official ASAE Room Block at participating hotels.
This form is only to be used for association & nonprofit professionals outside of the United States (including Canada). All international attendee registrations will be reviewed by the registration department for eligibility.

The 2018 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to association and association management company professionals, consultants, federal government employees, higher education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those business partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members whose council/committee is meeting in person during the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Chicago. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASAE reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations, including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Organizational Member discount. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 18, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until July 11, 2018. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after July 18, 2018. After July 18, 2018, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than August 21, 2018. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
PLEASE NOTE: ASAE Foundation's The Classic and the Annual Golf Classic, Chicago Experiences, Community Connection Activities, and the 5K Fun Run/Walk are all fundraising activities, and we are therefore unable to refund tickets purchased; however, tickets are fully transferrable.

Registration Fee Includes:
Access to all learning activities Sunday through Tuesday, admission to the Association Solutions Marketplace (expo), evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday, and transportation between official hotels, the McCormick Place, and the venues for official ASAE evening events. Meals included are: lunch in the expo hall Sunday and Monday, lunch at the Keynote Session on Tuesday, continental breakfast at Monday's Awards & Recognition Breakfast, food and beverage at the Saturday and Tuesday evening events, and morning and afternoon beverages Sunday through Tuesday.
