ASAE Events : ( NEW Meeting App for 2023 )

"ASAE Events" is the conference mobile app for 2023's Annual Meeting & Expo.
(The app is developed by our event partner eShow)

Please Note: It is NOT the ASAE Member App, which we used for last year's Annual Meeting, so you cannot log in using your ASAE Member Password. (see below) 

Unless you used ASAE Events at the June 2023 MMCC Conference,
you will need to download and install the new app.
Please use these app store links:

Once you download and open the app,
you will need to log in to access the full conference offerings. 

How Find your Password and Log in :

A PASSWORD WAS PROVIDED VIA EMAIL to your registrant email address.

• Find an email from ASAEService@asaecenter.org
• Subject line: Registration Confirmation & Login Details. 
• Scroll Down to a header called: YOUR EVENT CREDENTIALS
• Retrieve your 8 DIGIT CODE

How to use the ASAE Events App

Load the ASAE Events App

Build Your Personal Agenda

Search for an event or session, bookmark it, and review your saved agenda.

Locate a Session Room

Locate your Session Room and "Map it" on the convention center floorplan.

Locate an Exhibitor or Speaker

Select an exhibitor. Select "Map it"  to locate their booth location in the Expo.

Get Your Messages

This small red dot indicates a new message or notification.
